Artist's Comments

Okay, so I needed a spring faerie outfit for Finch for an event next weekend. Sooo, I dug around in my closet and found a shirt and skirt that my faerie momma gave me (she also made my wings), Vai's corset (that I made), and the necklace my dear elven sister made me, along with a few accessories.

Corset, makeup, and modeling by me.

I love the softness in this picture. Shows the outfit well. I have to say, one barely recognizes you as Finch. Which is great when doing different personas.

Yeah, but it's bad when I switch between Vai and Finch during faire season; no one recognizes me ^_^;

Beautiful! I love the picture and the costume. Great use of color combos.

Omg...please for the love of all things good, no XD It's really fun getting to take on different personas, though by far I like being an elf the best.

Thank you! Yeah, this spring I've been making mostly green costumes for one reason or another.

I imagine being an elf would be fun...plus no wings to take anyone out with when you turn around...LOL

Yeah! Only sometimes you have a quiver and bow that you have to not hit anyone with.

Oh, and I thought you'd be interested to know that there's a big feature on Scarborough Faire in this month's Renaissance Magazine :)

SO I heard. I think it has our King Henry on the cover. He's pretty nice. Last week at Faire, Hub learned what a Cod Piece was. He was asking what was on the king, and I thought he meant the cod piece but he was talking about his stocking garters. BIG difference..LOL
