Sooo I was bitten by the cosplay bug again this morning. I'd really love to make one (or both?) of these for Animazement in May. I've always wanted to do an original Zelda cosplay :3

I'm open to thoughts, ideas, opinions, etc.! I'm leaning towards the one on the right...

You should definitely make the one on the right. With all the leg that would be showing, it seems like you would need to balance out the amount of skin that would be showing. The fool corset seems like much more of a bad-ass archerer feeling. Maybe you could combine the corset on the right with the shoulder...pad(?) on the left. Either way, it would be so cool.

The one on the right definitely looks more "together"...I guess it's just better planned as far as lines and such go. Though, I fell that the one on the left reflects the costuming in Zelda a bit more.

The one on the right looks better, but maybe that midsection to have a plate design of some sort? Since the neckline and the arm piece have design ideas, to make it match? *Not an expert here...*

I like the right one too, Zelda is a Princess and I don't think she would have a mid-drift showing. I like the idea, she could easily be a Lord of the Rings elf. I've also done an original idea cosplay, it was for Sheik-Princess Sheik. There fun and you have such freedom to create what you want. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

I like the touch of blue you got in the rendering on the right. Definitely go with the one on the right. Looks really cool.
